UPPER WENSLEYDALE

Upper Wensleydale is set in some of the finest scenery the Yorkshire Dales can offer - high fells, green rolling meadows, and bubbling mountain streams.   Whilst many visitors will be content just to relax in this wonderful scenery and slow down for a while, others may want to examine it in fine detail and there plenty of opportunities with hundreds of footpaths to choose from, including the Pennine Way.   It also makes a superb base for car touring with all the Dales and the Lake District in easy driving distance.
